Location was just great, right next to the metro station. Plus the area looks like very European. Breakfast was above the average, worth to be mentioned all the staff availability and kindness with no exception (Mr Serdar Cebeci could fix me a tasty fresh orange juice, appreciated that). Concierge and reception staff was very prompted to take action and support (worth to mention mr Bellcapt Murat).

The bed is very big and comfortable. Location is great, right next to Osmanbey metro station (which is only 1 stop from Taksim). Nice rooftop restaurant with lovely food. Nice little swimming pool and spa

Helpful and friendly staff Great location if you are a metro lover and 5 minutes walk to Nişantaşı area (shopping centre, designer boutiques, all day restaurants and coffee places) Very comfortable bed mattress and variety of pillows Breakfast buffet more than average in Istanbul Smog the rooftop shisha bar/restaurant with amazing views is fantastic with delicious foods, drinks and of course great variety of shisha
very good location and safe place to stay in - metro station is near the hotel its very nice - there are a lot of shops around. you could buy everything here but a lot of shops are extra expensive.
First of all the hotel location is strategic for tourist tours starting Secondly I had enjoy my stay there and particularly the quantity of service which was soo good you can really appreciate the luxury hospitality feeling and frankly compared with cost i was really surprised. The food is very good and delicious and i thank all the staff and particularly Mr. Serkan Kavalci for his amiability and services.
The hotel’s location is excellent. The staff are extremely helpful,smiling all the time. Special thanks and appreciation goes to: Mr. Tugag Mr. Yagiz Mr. Eran For their support and assistance all the time. Also, they were very excellent representative for lasagrada hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for nice staying in Istanbul. For sure I will visit it again. If you would like to have luxury room, I recommend you to stay in room 1709 as it was mine. Regards,,
Das Hotel ist mit Abstand das Beste in Istanbul, das ich je gebucht habe. Die Lage ist für Städtetripler "exzellent". Die U-Bahn Station Osmanbey der Linie M2 (Grün) befindet sich so gut wie direkt vor dem Hoteleingang. Mit dieser Linie können alle Touristen-Hotspots Istanbuls, wie Taksim oder Sisli in wenigen (jeweils 1 Station entfernt) erreicht werden . Zu Fuß sind es bis zum Shopping Mall Cevahir nicht ein mal 15 Minuten. Zum Taksim-Platz, wo die bekannte Einkaufsmeile, die Istiklal Caddesi zu finden ist, sind es vielleicht auch nur 10-12 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartung mehr wie "nur erfüllt" - im Gegenteil sogar Alle übertroffen! Das gesamte Personal, von der Rezeption bis hin in den Wellnessbereich sind alle herzensliebe Menschen - alle sehr kontaktfreudig und freundlich. Das Hotelpersonal ist ebenso für spezielle Anlässe (Geburtstage, etc.) spezialisiert und super gut organisiert. So das man vorab vom Ausland aus, per Telefon, alles mühelos in die Wege leite kann. Hierzu einen besonderen Dank an "Tugay Bey", der mich bei der wunderschönen Geburtstagsüberraschung an meine Frau aktiv unterstützt hat. "Tugay bey, tüm yardimlarinizdan dolayi size tekrar cok tesekkür ediyorum, sizin sayenizde cok güzel bir dogum günü animiz oldu"
This is the third time we stay at this hotel. We always stay in Luxury room with terrace. Very comfortable place and excellent location. The reception is welcoming especially Halil The manager Gokhan and Yesim are so helpful Yesim is always smiling The spa is nice And finally Genghis Khan at the rooftop restaurant he is a great person

Staff very helpful especially concierge, room very clean and comfortable, liked the huge outdoor private terrace.

The hotel's location is great for those who want to shop in Nisantasi. The staff were kind to answer all of our questions regarding restaurants or points of interest.
This hotel is more than a 5 star hote! I travel from USA to Istanbul almost 5 times a year and I would never stay at any hotel Other than lasagrada! Staff is the most respectful the breakfast is amazing the hotel is spotless you feel like royalty when you stay at this hotel! Onul the manager made sure everything was perfect! The hotel has a very good connection to the metro - one metro station from the hotel is one of the most popular malls in Istanbul. The popular area nisantasi is 7 minutes by walk with a lot of restaurants and luxury shopping possibilities. The room was very clean and quiet. We didn’t hear anything from the traffic. The breakfast was amazing, a traditional Turkish breakfast with different specialities of the country. The stuff was very friendly and respectful. The reception was always helpful. Furthermore the hotel has a very big spa area with a fitness room, swimming pool, Turkish Hamam, Sauna and steam bath, separated for men and women. We made different spa treatments like traditional Turkish bath, an aromatic massage and a facial treatment. I’ve never felt so relaxed for a very long time. The therapist was very good and the prices were okay. If I travel again to Istanbul, i wouldn’t hesitate to stay in the same hotel. We had a very good time there

Otelin yeri harika her şeye yakın. Aynı zamanda bir metro yanındaki ve kullanmak çok kolay. Personel inanılmaz çok kibar ve yardımsever oda süper çok sevdim ve yüzme havuzu güzeldi gerçekten hoş bir havayolu şirketiyle temaslarımızda zaman için bu oteli tavsiye ederim. Bu arada, tavan oda bindik ki harika.
Amazing Hotel Experience with the most professional, friendly & helpful staff I have ever had the pleasure to meet. This hotel is simply stunning, the location was great for me for where I wanted to be. The hotel is clean, modern and has the best staff you could hope for. I have visited many hotels and have owned my own hotel in the Caribbean, I can assure you any hotel especially Five Star can be a bad experience if you do not have the correct staff to assist in running it, I cannot fault the staff from the excellent FOH Team, to the spa staff, restaurant and cleaning staff they were simply amazing and I would hire them all tomorrow. I had a deluxe room which was amazing for the price, the only fault is they do not have pay per view channels, as they do not have any English channels this could be quite boring trying to catch the news etc. However a small thing that they could change as the rest was simply perfect...
I like this hotel.. Especially roof restourand&bar and SPA are perfect. I am travelling for business and spending my all time at work. After work (after long meeting) I took massage service for 45 min. It was amazing. Normally, I drink wine but this time I choosed Turkish Coffee. Try it. Stay in peace!

This beautiful city, I enjoy the stay very much in this hotel. I would like to thank all the hotel staff especially Mr. Farruh Gurdol the F&B manager as he was very nice, helpful and has a great personality. I would like to thank also Mr. Serkan and the nice girl at the restaurant reception. I wiil not forget all the staff at the hotel reception.. All of them are great. Thank you lasagrada management.. staff to make my stay more enjoyable and unforgettable. All the best.
Very nice atmosphere and clean hotel. I might add very friendly staff. Located in the middle of downtown Istanbul. I is the right location for shopping lover. Sorounded with famous brands and coffee shops
